1. Beta Service Compliance & Acknowledgment
Lumet is offered strictly as a prerelease Beta software build. You explicitly acknowledge that this platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. It contains experimental code configurations and may break in completely unexpected ways, experience unplanned downtime, or cause partial or total loss of tracking histories, entered data logs, or financial milestones.
2. Consumer Intent & Cashflow Tracking
This software is built for individual consumers to track personal cashflow and coordinate shared household subscription views. It is not certified for business accounting, corporate auditing, or tax compliance recording.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lumet or its developers be liable for any direct or indirect data losses, financial calculation discrepancies, or system interruptions resulting from your use of this testing build.

We process data you input voluntarily: account identifiers (email address, password hashes, registration name) and transactional logs (subscription names, intervals, due dates, amount values, and paid indicator records).
2. Data Retention Safety
Because this platform operates within an isolated testing framework, development infrastructure updates or structural revisions may result in automated wiping or resetting of database testing pools. Lumet does not trade or sell your personal financial profile details to third-party marketers.
